Something I feel is missed in the mess that we are in is woke culture is being perpetuated and magnified by corporations and organizations latching onto it. Liberals have historically been the more vocal of us about corporatism. Now they can act like Steve Buscemi from that popular hello fellow kids meme. What bothers me about the tweet isn’t the woke part of it, it’s that a PR team behind it wanting to rally the soy types to supporting them.
I think it’s a symptom of the problem that virtue signaling gets massive attention and it’s infested our culture pretty deeply. It’s the lonely girl who sees the trans worship and decides she’s a boy or Oreo saying such a non-starter that trans people exist. That’s what I’m seeing every day in the news anymore. I feel tilting at those damn liberals is a misdirect the oligarchs and corporations are counting on.
Any marine or former marines need to get together and makes some calls or reach out to anyone with even a little bit of power and status within the corps and push back against this and demand they not let the marines get pozzed.
