They're labelling them as Domestic Terrorists so they can arrest on hearsay. They can't deprive you of rights unless they get you off American soil.
I don't see any charges sticking though and he should have a pretty solid civil case. Dudes about to get paid.
They also have to present you before a judge within 24 hours of arrest for your arraignment hearing and setting bail. I'm hoping he got an actual lawyer who will try to get him out on OR since the government doesn't have any kind of evidence of wrongdoing.
No proof he was actually IN the building...they only went from hearsay to go attack this man. This is bullshit.
