I attribute a great deal of our modern society (both it's goods, and its bads) to, if nothing else, the belief in egalitarianism, which is for the most part deeply rooted specifically in Christianity.
I'll also accept that many will offhandedly dismiss this as random nay-saying from a non-believer, thats fair...
But MAYBE... JUST maybe.... Not all people should have a voice. Like, maybe, perhaps, specific groups of people who have the propensity to vote other peoples money into their own pockets. Or who pass laws specifically advantaging their group at the cost of another.
Don't really know if I'll be cut to ribbons for speaking my mind..... But the 19th is a good place to start change.... Not that I believe THAT genie can go back in the lamp...
