No shit. I’ll maybe take the vax if The Germ is a major threat to me in five years and we’ve got a sample size of two billion people who have taken it with no material side effects. What Trump says has no bearing on my reluctance to take something that is not a traditional vaccine (I’m totally fine with regular vaccines) that is being tested in real time on the population.
It just boggles my mind. If you're 65+ or have a bunch of other conditions that elevate your risk, sure go get the vaccine. It might kill you or maim you, but you had a big chance to die from COVID without it.
But, healthy people under 65, what the fuck are you doing? The first human trials of the first vaccine started in May 2020. It hasn't even been a year yet since the first dose was put in someone's arm. You have around a 0.2% chance to die from COVID. Why are you running out to take an experimental drug with less than a year of data for a 0.2% chance to die? You have a higher chance to die driving your car, but people still drive 10 year old cars that aren't as safe as modern ones.
I'm not anti-vax, but I do know that the government is incompetent and them saying the vaccine safe is not the same as it being safe.

if i may also add that this kung flu "vaccine" is NOT an actual vaccine. the virus has still NOT been isolated to create a real vaccine.
