Funny thing is a lot of times the girls will win the “exceeds” training because they do like 10 push ups to the guys 25 requirement. Same with other fitness requirements.
So it's literally like grade school physical education, where the girls are allowed to do push-ups on their knees to count for their daily routine, while the guys have to do regular push-ups.

The military is a glorified daycare now?
Not allowed to do them on knees. We actually had to do correct pushups for them to count(at least when I was in), we just had to do less.
