Flea markets are good for cheap used DVDs. Sadly "covid" shut down the one near me.

don't do this, site's like this typically get taken over by some lawenforcement entity or are honey pots by the MPAA. They gather your information to include an IP address, watch history and build a legal case against you. Then they sue you into poverty.

EBay is a cheap way. By the time the disc gets to you any possible covid virus on the disc will likely be dead if there is a greater danger from the postal workers who handled the outside of the package which is why I keep a can of Lysol inside where I bring my mail and I give it a cursory spraying and wait a couple of minutes.... of course I hate eBay management as well so there's always Craigslist but then you have to be careful when you visit somebody
