Since the pharmaceutical industry is immune from liability I asked my doctor if he gives me the vaccine can I sue him under his medical malpractice insurance for $1 million if anything goes wrong.

He advised me it’s best I not take the vaccine

I was told only pharmacies and clinics can give the vaccine, not doctors. I assumed it was so the doctors could have liability protection.

Is it just my state or is this true everywhere?

I would never go to a pharmacy or have anyone other than my doctor use a hypodermic needle on me. If it became mandatory, I would get my doctor to exempt me or have the pharmacy answer all my questions and assume financial responsibility for any ill effects. My lawyer can draft the assumption of liability papers for them to sign.

If police are to be held accountable for doing their jobs then so can the medical professionals.

Plunging a needle into a specific part of the body is a pretty simple task that doesn't require a lengthy medical degree to do properly.

Are you saying a nurse has never given you a shot before? I doubt that.
