Since the pharmaceutical industry is immune from liability I asked my doctor if he gives me the vaccine can I sue him under his medical malpractice insurance for $1 million if anything goes wrong.

He advised me it’s best I not take the vaccine

Neither the vaccine maker not the administrator (doctor/clinic/nurse) can be hed liable for any vaccine given in the US, period, whether it's flu, covid, polio, etc. This has been the case for decades. Your only recourse is through a government fund, and good luck to you with that. You'll spend years fighting to get a pittance. It shocks me how few people know this. It used to be called the national vaccine act, name has changed but you can still search under the old one.

Have you seen this one? “Dr. James Lyons-Weiler at PA Medical Freedom Press Conference 10/20/20” https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OoeCB0MudgA&feature=youtu. be Summary: Shame on those who politicize health just to attach Trump. The wild virus pathogenic priming. Dr predicted the physical results we see from Pathogenic Priming. He emailed the companies to take out the unsafe stuff but they refused (but the poison is Trumps fault? Nah) animal trials skipped on these vaccine thanks to FDA. Older mrna testing had been done with bad results. No new testing. 21% of people are having series side effects from this vaccine. Additionally: Chemicals being used to clean schools cause neural tube defects and 50% sterilization for two additional generations in mice. Dr admits they tried to bribe him on the vaccine injury court. You can’t win there. Government agency policing itself.

  1. The "vaccine" does not fit the NIH legal definition of a vaccine, so I hear from doctors. So that's a starting point. But I understand your point.
  2. I am not asking if they can or can not be held liable. I am asking if they will agree to be held liable, because I am not comfortable taking on the liability myself.
  3. So if they agree, then it can be upheld in court.
  4. If they do not, then they are forcing me to inject something that I believe will harm me against my will, and want them to legally say that is what they are doing.

I just will not take it.
