Since the pharmaceutical industry is immune from liability I asked my doctor if he gives me the vaccine can I sue him under his medical malpractice insurance for $1 million if anything goes wrong.

In my business if someone even asks what my refund policy is in the event of a cancellation I never respond to them again. If someone is asking that question they are setting the stage for trouble. If I was a doctor I would say the same thing. This is a brilliant move.
