Since the pharmaceutical industry is immune from liability I asked my doctor if he gives me the vaccine can I sue him under his medical malpractice insurance for $1 million if anything goes wrong.
He advised me it’s best I not take the vaccine

what if its not throught your doctor? My work is making everyone get the vaccine, i absolutely do not want to. But this would be through like the state or something not my actual doctor.
Are they willing to accept the financial liability? It's still the same question. So far, they do not have immunity.
