Since the pharmaceutical industry is immune from liability I asked my doctor if he gives me the vaccine can I sue him under his medical malpractice insurance for $1 million if anything goes wrong.
He advised me it’s best I not take the vaccine

This is happening to me, I was called out at a staff meeting, in front of my colleagues, and questioned regarding why I hadn't made an appointment to get it.
That sounds like the military, but if not, 1) why would they know and 2) how did you respond.
You clearly had to deal with it already, but for anyone else, I would simply state that you make it a point not to discuss matters of personal health with others and that it is highly inappropriate and very much illegal to further ask an even remotely related question about your health.
It's a private tech company. The way it played out is they sent a list to employees of the small towns within an hour's drive which have an excess of vaccines. They urged us to make an appointment. Then they started asking "have you made an appointment?" once or twice a week (to me, I haven't heard them saying it to anyone else).
I was caught off guard at the staff meeting and said I wasn't cutting in line, I'm 48 and healthy, not fat, I don't have diabetes and I'll get around to it maybe by the summer. I said I don't really have a problem with the viral vector vaccines (I don't) and will wait until those have been around for a year or so. They challenged me and said it's not as effective, I should get the mRNA one. I said I'll think about it, I wanted it to end. I'm actually going to memorize your last sentence, it's well worded and I'll use it if it happens again.
I'm working very hard to build an off-ramp so I can leave this place. I loved working there for a time but around summer of last year my boss began broadcasting his TDS loud and proud and it has become untenable to stay.
Edit to add: I had surgery on 2/1 and due to the nature of it (lady parts) I was advised by my surgeon not to get it until my post op next week. If I get mild symptoms and cough, it could be problematic for me. Obviously I was mortified about having to explain to my colleagues about this, none of this is any of their business.
Sue the shit out of them. You'll win.
