dudes smarter than every single politician in the US, explains it well. We need to eliminate salaries and pensions, impose term limits and get back to letting the people be governed by their peers. Regular people with common sense serving the country to make it better with no intention or ability to grift and create a career out of politics.

You still don't understand. Who's president is irrelevant. The position should have little meaning. The government should have practically no authority on what every day folks do.

The only reason why they have any authority is because the people let them have it. The day the people refuse this and just simply open up is the day the system falls apart. Every single day they push this is another day this becomes more of the acceptable norm, though. If the people want this to change, it's time to stop acting like a bunch of loudmouth psychotics on the media are the majority.

This could make everything worse because that would just incentivize them to work harder for the bribes.

Instead, a better option might be:

  1. Make all government work EXTREMELY WELL PAID, on the border of being / getting rich.

  2. In exchange, reduce the size of government and size of the bureaucracies by ... what 50%? More? And introduce risk mitigation into the equation so it is easy for all bureaucrats to lose their jobs.

The idea is to reduce the amount of variables in the system so it is easier to control and flip the incentive structure such that the bureaucrats value their jobs so much they would be willing to make the system exchange and live under risk.

An even better approach might be to make their pay so high they are effectively rich and tie their jobs to how well they follow the constitution in exchange for living under a higher risk of losing their jobs.

Shrink the federal government back down to its constitutionally defined role of providing for common defense and resolving interstate disputes. Everything else should be handled at the state or local levels.

Its similar to how trump has a lot of money already so no amount of money bribes can influence him. He had sexy time with plenty of super models, porn stars and have a hot wife so cant bribe with women.

Only way they can get him is with blackmail and threats to his love ones.

That kind of person would be happy to take they money you are giving them AND take even more through kick backs and bribes.
