I get you though. Over the last 5 years, I've been strength-training and put on 50lbs of good weight. I find I sometimes have a hard time accurately recognizing my size in comparison to others. My mental self-image is skewed towards the scrawny version of myself from high school.
When you work out, your brain taps into reality. Work out folks, it makes you see through the lies.
For the most part yes but I’m 185lb man but when I look in the mirror I see a 120lb boy... body dismorphia is real y’all.
