Lead > Iron....

Lead is only useful against soft targets.

You need iron to make steel core anti-material rounds in Minecraft.

Depleted uranium is better though.

Depleted?! I'd rather make another Fat Man with the real thing!

Yep. Take a coffee can, fill it with explosives... then seal it with a copper disc... then detonate it.

The copper becomes a projective that will pierce almost any armor known to human kind. It will go through human flesh and bone like a white hot arrow.

No, it's not. Not in any kind of contest of rigidness or durability. Lead wins at density, that's all.

Tungsten wins in all those categories

Cast Iron pot vs hardcast lead with 3500 lb/ft MV says you are very wrong.

I can break a light duty iron casting by throwing it on concrete, if not just by kicking it.

Cast iron isn't exactly known for toughness unless it's just a block of the stuff, and even then you can crack an anvil if you mistreat it.
