I think they'll genuinely be happier. They will always be the least-achieving racial group in this or any country, and constantly being the dumb one in the room is incredibly frustrating. Like most of us, they want to live among their peers, on the bell curve they're familiar with.
As American Africans, they average 10 IQ points above their purer-blooded cousins. Moving to Africa would make them a natural aristocracy... and that's what they really want: higher social status. America can't give that to them, with some rare exceptions. Not enough to ever placate them as a people.
