I'm lower middle class, or higher low class income wise.
They think all landlords are just filthy rich, and that the cost of rent gives us 50% profit lol. They are fucking ignorant as fuck.
That's the case w my property Managers...v good people, work really hard. they are losing Big Bucks every month this insanity goes on.
