My mom, who is on SS only, gets one. That doesn't really make sense to me because her income hasn't been affected at all. Same for my dad. All in all, between my parents, co-parent, and my kid we're getting $7,000. Really only me and baby moms got fucked with income.
My income wasn't affected at all either, as a matter of fact, I picked up a 2nd job because I was bored out of my mind. Yet, I still got the checks. Makes zero sense, but what does anymore.
