This Texas Lady Patriot WAS violated by the cop, however, yes. She was technically trespassing but the cop broke three of her bones when he insisted on being a NAZI. She turned to leave and all the NAZI had to do was escort her out, then go back to his donuts. Instead he grabs her, tosses her, breaks her.
