They used to be very bright but with quotas, forget it. This asshole needs a city attorney and a city judge to protect him or he wouldn’t do it! Cops need to respect and give people a opportunity to make the decision the cop wants them to make especially when it’s obvious that he’s violating her right! If the goal was to get her out of the building all he needed to do was ask her to step out side and discuss the situation.... pretty simple but he knew what he was going to do long before it happened!
