There's been lots of local examples of this happening. For example, a company was housing all their employees in a local area where the employees would pay rent for apartments. The company increased salaries by 20%. The rent then instantly went up 20%.

Same shit will happen with $15 min wage or universal income. Prices will increase, to basically cancel out the increase.
