The 90's called and want their fear-mongering tool back.
Porn isn't the cause of issues. It's use is a symptom of the problem, sexual desires not being met in any other way. Fix that and the usage of porn goes away. Porn has been available for centuries in one form or another, prostitution has been around much, much, longer. Sooner or later people like you are going to have to actually focus on the root cause of the issue and let your boogeyman go.
No, it raises the user's erotic threshold (a moveable window for what and how much of something they imprint upon, eroticize, to find 'exciting'). The average porn user will never actually encounter five lipstick lesbians daisy-chain rimming each other and lusting for (him) to join them, etc, etc, etc. etc.
Even if (he) could score a real female, the excitement of it would soon wain, because he's been conditioned to find that 'vanilla', and to believe the point of sex is 'excitement' rather than intimacy.
This at-will access to a hyperbolic 'ideal' of sex damages (his) neurologic reward systems, .. aaaand, voila, ED.
Would they? Or are you basing this on a guess you cannot actually prove because it sounds right?
Are you also factoring in the situation that society is in where women are putting no effort in and actively destroying relationships in numbers that are driving up usage of porn? You are also claiming that porn "damages" neurological reward systems, when like any addiction that type of issue can be resolved over time if allowed to and given the right treatment.
Again, this is the same BS arguments that are used to demonize something to try and remove it without fixing the core problem. The majority of women, be it physically or how they act, are unfuckable and more join that number every year. When that issue is fixed the reliance on porn goes away. You want to demonize the symptom but refuse to even address the cause. Start with fixing the cause and then we can discuss everything else.
VoidWanderer gets it. Porn is bad, but if porn wasnt there, guys would still be fapping if the current state of women was this bad. Mens sexual drive is a constant, and will be fulfilled either through sex, or masturbation etc. Believe me, if youre dating a chick that takes care of you sexually and takes care of her body, you will NOT be surfing pornhub. Hell youll be so satisfied you wont want anymore
