Yup, and a prenup wont do anything in regards to custody battles. She WILL lie, cheat, fuck, and use any other means to destroy you. She may "love" you now, but wait until that veil is lifted. A prenup IS a decent tool to shit test her though; even my female lawyer said any girl that wont sign a prenup is bad news. So just throw it out there as a shit test, believe me, if she balks just walk away and on to the next pretty girl
