EVERY case that went to prosecution and was won had a protected witness from inside the crime group. The witnesses were usually made welcome and embraced after they felt that their own "friends" from the group did them wrong. Cuomo is deep enough to potentially be a major source of information if he flips. He should not be alienated by both sides - he should begin feeling that if he switches and starts revealing the dirt about the "old friends" he will find himself among TRUE FRIENDS who will appreciate him. Never burn good sources. Always make them feel grateful.

At some point though you find Fascist party members like Cuomo who followed orders knowing full well he was condemning thousands of JEWS er I mean elderly to their deaths.. Nuremberg trials made it clear that stating "I was just following orders" is NO defense.. I guess you could promise him he would only be executed once for his crimes if he get his masters convicted..
This is as dumb as thinking Jeffrey Epstein was ever going to "flip" on his circle.
