This is why some cops appear to be assholes. No, you can’t smoke with cigarets...1 uncooperative jester = handcuffs and backup and additional charges. Hopefully he’s ok, but this could have prevented the shooting. Although, then he may be fired for doing his job given the color/gender of the suspect despite treating everyone the same.
I just don't understand how there aren't physical fitness requirements for police officers. They can say there are but that's complete bullshit. That officer wasn't just chubby, he was obese.
