About a minute into the conversation, Dr. David Martin explains why the mRNA "vaccine" doesn't meet the legal definition of a vaccine. It's a drug therapy that is not designed to stop the spread of the virus.
“Let’s make sure we’re clear on something. Let’s stipulate that this is not a vaccine. We need to be very clear that we’re using the term vaccine to sneak this thing in under public health exemptions. This is not a vaccine. This is an mRNA, packaged in a fat envelope, delivered to a cell.
This is a medical device designed to stimulate the human cell into becoming a pathogen creator. It is not a vaccine. Vaccines are actually a legally defined term. And they’re a legally defined term under public health law. They’re a legally defined term under CDC and FDA standards, and a vaccine specifically has to stimulate, both an immunity within the person receiving it but it also has to disrupt transmission. And that’s not what this is. They have been abundantly clear in saying that the mRNA strand going into the cell is not to stop transmission.
It is a treatment. But if it was discussed as a treatment, it would not get the sympathetic ear of the public health authorities because then people would say well what other treatments are there?"
The law doesn’t matter. Definitions don’t matter. It is now a vaccine because the mafia says it is a vaccine. The cure was a poison because they said it was a poison. I guess it’s nice that people are still pointing out their lies, or how they have violated some code, but what does it matter to the mafia? They just push forward whatever they want to push forward. If tomorrow they demand everyone wear a butt plug to stop Covid, we will all have to pull down our pants and show our butt plug before we get in the grocery store. People will complain that this is crazy. It won’t matter. The mafia gets what the mafia wants. I think we just delude ourselves into this idea that anything we say or do matters to the mafia, or that some established law on the books will protect us. None of that matters. If the mafia orders the courts to ignore the law, the judges will ignore it. They are blackmailed anyway and the ones who aren’t just get their cars blown up.
The mafia theory is very cynical and not exactly HIGH ENERGY, but I think it helps break us out of misguided thinking too. Because we have to stop pretending we are being ruled by reasonable actors in an official system of rules. That is an illusion. There is a mafia, they control everything, and they do whatever they want.

Take it one step further. These superstars that are getting the shot, like its normal, are most likely adrenachrome users put on display for us to know we were correct the whole time.
And if you had the vaccine, I wouldn’t recommend adrenochrome. Lol
(Puts on shitty lawyer hat). Hmmm... if those harmed by this injection cannot sue the manufacturers for negligence (due to immunity from the same), I think there might be a pretty good case for fraudulent misrepresentation - at a huge class action level.
I wonder if Big Pharma thought to include misrepresentation in their disclaimers?
