I have spent my entire life within a 50 mile radius of where I was born. My Dad lives in his grandmother's house next door to where we both grew up, and where my mother and grandmother died. My father's brother died about a mile away, and my grandfather about seven miles away. I am the old generation now.
I had one of those once. He's now 25 and 1200 miles away. Enjoy these days with her, you'll miss them when they're gone.
