The sheep will naturally succumb to death and slavery on their own, regardless of how many people stand up to totalitarian regimes and how. So these little displays of non compliance really make no difference in the long run.
But, in order to fully cement their dominance over the sheep, the despotic state must make examples out of non conformers. If not to fully demoralize the few who would still consider putting up any resistance, but to demonstrate to the sheep who's in charge. And by that time, the sheep are usually so far gone that they are clamoring for such non conformers to be put down.
Passive aggressiveness doesn't serve any purpose. We'll have to take the offensive.
The attitude is all wrong here. Starting with negatives is the first thing that must be changed to take the offensive. The rewrite can be summed up as:
"We must encourage others to do more of this"....blahblahblah...positive messaging to civil disobedience.
This is how you do it. Just keep telling them 'NO'.
