There is an article in the Epoch Times that strongly suggests passage of this bill in the Senate is a fait accompli. I thought only budget-related bills could avoid filibuster.

It’s the only way it will get passed. I believe the supremes have already said it’s unconstitutional.
They haven’t said anything. Since it relates to the constitution, I’m sure SCOTUS will claim no standing once it makes its way to them.
