That's what it seemed like to me too yes. 6 vote difference, although I see someone else saying 22. They fought in the courts. They found votes to count, they weren't allowed to count other votes. It's been a wild ride. NY has something similar going on too. The machines were even blamed there.

If it's not a forensic audit it means jack shit. Typical recounts rarely change the vote count, knowing Dem crookery they'll find a drawer with ballots somewhere.
