I reccomend Mossy Oak Half face mask/neck gaiters. They are mesh, 90% breathable, 100% useless against Covid1984 (much like any other mask) but 95% effective against Covidiots, KovidKarens, and other tiresome members of the Branch Covidians.
Especially handy where you don’t have the energy to deal with someone in a store and you must want to buy your shit and get out.
