Since when does a congressman have the power to send the NG ANYWHERE? Especially NG that aren't part of his state? Only the Governor has the power to issue orders to the NG and only the Governor of that state. That's the only civilians that have the power to order the NG.

And that's illegal. Using the NG as a political weapon. Whoever authorized those orders (A Captain? Lt. Col?) needs an Article 15 and bust down in rank. The guys showing up like that should be thankful they're not getting article 15's and sent back either.

MTG needs to file a lawsuit against the government at this point and file for a restraining order against Nicolas.

to be fair, what else is our military gonna actually do? Protect our freedoms? LoL. After WW2 the only thing they protect is oil and trannies.

so they have plenty of time to stroll around the Capitol

I wonder if these NG from Guam realize that with our cucked military that they will be one of the first to be speaking Chinese within 20 years?

Sorry about the twatters, it was a video so I couldn't screen shot it.

TDLR; about 20 or so Guard troops all in full uniform showed up at MTG's office and hassle her staff.

I get that, but why would they do that, and oh yeah that's illegal under the UCMJ.

There had to be 'some' motive, what was the rationale behind their illegal-looking PR stunt?

We would have been given Article 15s for that, Administrative Punishment, except for us guys with clearances, we'd have gotten worse because Rulez.

Today's Military is a bunch of freaks, God help us.

That looked suspiciously like a coup attempt, an assault on the Capitol and Congress...

Found this

https://www.kuam.com/story/43472692/san-nicolas-says-hell-bring-rep-marjorie-taylor-greene-cookies-for-outreach

The Georgia representative reportedly said, "We believe our hard-earned tax dollars should just go for America. Not for, what? China, Russia, the Middle East, Guam, whatever, wherever."

In response,** Congressman Michael San Nicolas said Congresswoman Greene is a new member, and we will be paying a visit to her and delivering delicious Chamorro Chip cookies as part of our ongoing outreach to new members to introduce them to our wonderful island of Guam."**

So looks like a stunt by the Congressman. So he one upped his stunt and used the National Guard to deliver these cookies. To me this seems to violate ethics and the law. Not to mention it seems like a very clear attempt at political intimidation.

Oh you talk shit, while here is me and my National Guard, next time you say something we don't like maybe the Guard might do something more than bring you cookies wink wink.

Great, yeah thanks. I figured it was some such treasonous thing, abetted by Troops ignorant of reality. My point is that is illegal, each of those Guard Troops has to know better, the idiot congress critter has to know better.

That is Federal Government using Federal Troops to play politics, a coup by definition. It is not a simple PR stunt because of the fact of the UCMJ.

The Troops would be legal and welcome to visit the offices not in uniform or representing the Guard to express any interests they wished, but what they DID was political, and not legal. Their presence with the congress critter implies Command did order a political statement be made, in other words. A coup.

It is a serious charge against those Troops and the congress critter, I may be the only person who cares but that gets me to the last point; our Constitutional Republic is gone, we have no Rule of Law.

This is how it starts, F

Naw, that was just sheer stupidity but the Troops involved have to be punished, the congress jerk will get a pass like the rest of our double damned corrupt government.

Those are cooks and bakers, maybe office admin clerks, not line company material.

But it IS a direct violation of the UCMJ, funny how no one cares about the notion of Law.
