Their neo-vaginas literally stink like feces all the time because they don't self clean like real vaginas. They are forever getting infections because it is a festering wound trying to heal itself. It has hair growing inside it because it's just an inverted ballsack. I've read their descriptions of them and what they have to deal with once they get the surgery and it's fucking disgusting. The pictures were even worse. It looked like someone took an Arby's beef sandwich with extra cheese and threw it against the wall.
