This is something that has been annoying to me. The mandate is lifted but some businesses still require masks to be worn.

Is this due to businesses have right by law to restrict as they deem appropriate? In a roundabout way, Is this similar to the baker refusing to bake for gay wedding? Can they refuse service ... when mandate is lifted?
