This store is easily at a huge loss in sales for the last three quarters, at least. I cannot fathom why they'd make it less inviting to shop there. I'm sending an email to corporate because I have two other issues of concern that I hope they'll appreciate. Their response will determine whether I spend any more money with them ... sales or not.
