The McDonald's coffee lawsuit is highly manipulated. The store was cited several times for having coffee over heated. The woman got 3rd degree burns on her legs and genitals. She only wanted her medical bills paid at first. They blew her off 3 times. The media spun it as a frivolous lawsuit to protect their advertising revenue.

I honestly thought this story was bs and that this woman was trying to rip off mcdonald's untill I saw the pictures of her wounds. It's really pretty horrible.
