I'll venture a bet that there's already manufactured crises planned on their books and Joe's already recorded his response to them.

Wow you're right. I was trying to say that they'd have someone take over sooner but people convinced me that it needed to be after two years because of the 25th Amendment. So I accepted that.
But they CAN have someone take over behind the scenes. They just need to keep Weekend At Bernie's going for two years without being exposed.
