Let me explain that from contact with them. They are fluent in English, but speak with a heavy accent. They are quite tribal, and more or less Leftists, because the Left flatters them. They don't care about this country or any odd thing they see in it, because 1) they buy into it and 2) because they are just here for the salary and consciously don't give a damn about this country.
