First of all, he has not been vaccinated. Second of all, he looks like dementia, mask or no mask and worst than looking like dementia is the obvious behavior of dementia. Third of all, that mask is for the cameras only, it's all optics. Finally, and worst of all is he's supposedly sitting behind the resolute desk.

I suspect he isnt sitting there, and 10,000 military personnel are preventing the world from seeing that.
