I'm still of the belief that in an all out war, these carriers are going to get taken down with weapons that cost a mere fraction of the cost to build a carrier and that carriers are nothing more that power projection on enemies that post no real threat anyway.

Because being able to catapult F16's, F18's, F22's off their decks to drop 3,000lbs bombs isn't lethal enough.
