I guess courts are now places where we all go to agree on every thing and no evidence is scrutinized and speculation is forbidden because no facts or evidence can be examined or introduced. According to Democrats if there happens to be a dispute regarding the circumstances surrounding an event the judge will simply tell you what happened and the truth, then dismiss your case, and then make you pay the legal fees for all involved.
