I've been researching mining stocks. In January, there was a huge surge for precious metals mining companies. For anyone in the know in Washington, this would have been predictable, actually a no-brainer. It makes me wonder, how much the bastards are manipulating the public. Another huge area for manipulation would be high-tech: esp. the big five.
