Actually yes, Kamala has no technical reason to go into a race war or bait one like Biden the ex black president's vice president, right? I think she would be a ruthless person to the hood if she was in office, and would likely send the national guard into baltimore in a week flat. She has a lot more to prove in her positions if she gets presidency that gives her infinite more motivation to be like Trump and Tulsi, people who are genuinely popular, and performing the same mechanics they would in office.
