Do any of the U.S domestic airlines honor medical exemptions for masks? if so, which ones?

it's very difficult and some don't even honor with proper docs. I've flown and here's my advice. they don't give a shit in the airports but be prepared to pull up the mask if anyone of the power drunk airport employees asks. i make it a point to always be drinking something and nibbling on small snacks, this way i of course need my mask down.

on the flight feel out your surroundings including other passengers sitting beside you and flight attendants. if anyone shows signs of freaking out just pull up your mask, don't get confrontational ever with these folks.

then go ahead again and sip drinks the entire flight along with nibbling on small snacks. i bring pumpkin seeds, nuts and things of that nature. I've been on 5 hour long flights (each way) and hardly worn my mask at all and when i did 99% of the time it barely covered my mouth and no part of my nose

just try to be respectful of others so they don't get their hair up and if someone gets on you even with all this advice, just nicely tell them you have a breathing medical condition that requires you to get a certain % of oxygen in the air you breathe. just because it turns out that just about every human has this same "condition" and medical requirement doesn't make it any less true :)

good luck

What airports and airlines? Was this before or after the Biden regime restrictions?

after Xiden in office and all airlines pretty much. Logan Airport in Boston and Jetblue but flown around the country on other airlines and from other airports on shorter flights
