What happens when these formerly homeless people can’t afford the annual property taxes which can be thousands of dollars per year?
no no, you see the house is free, because homeless people are poor and don't have money but need the house
That’s not my point. I’m saying there are costs to homeownership that currently homeless people would not be able to pay if they were given a house for free
