I am not an expert, but I followed the advice an lost midsection fat immediately, and gained more lean muscle. Based on the advice and experience, I'm not sure about discarding almond milk.
I always thought it was from birth control pills adding estrogen to tap water when women urinate. That's interesting, and I will try to incorporate those changes into my diet regimen. I mix my post workout shakes with lowfat milk. Perhaps it's time to look into almond milk as a substitute.
