My condo complex has dozens of empty places cause landlords won't take a risk while eviction moratoriums are in place. Rents then continue to go up. Supply and demand.
I own a house that would be perfect as a rental property for a family. I’m letting it sit empty while all this shit is going on. I had thought about buying a multi family property and renting it out as a secondary income stream but again, I’m not going to until all this shit is done.
This bill is clearly unconstitutional, and should never pass. But there’s a chance it may so I’m going to hold tight.
