This sounds familiar, like it--or something like it--was proposed during Trump's first term.
Trying to make a deal to get wall funding, and that's why the criminal frauds in congress will never pass it.

Yeah he's playing classic conservative. Give them something and get something in return. We should have learned after Reagan that you never get that thing in return. These old conservative tactics don't work.

Our mentality has to change. Classic conservatism will have us destroyed by never going on the offensive.
