Not explicitly. I'm saying that Snowgadishu got a cut of Minnesota's portion of the pork bill, and I think they are using at least some of it to pay off Fentanyl Floyd's family.
Did they even prove wrongful death in court? Or is it just an executive order by the mayor?
They settled. Never went to court. No one would ever settle this case for $27mil, especially not before the criminal trial.
