If your own cells are producing a substance your body has identified as a pathogen the body can attack itself in an auto immune fashion. That is the biggest danger to this vaccine. Traditional vaccines use dead or weakened strains of bacteria or a virus which can have the side effect of causing an actual outbreak if the pathogens are still live and active.
