Part of my job is managing about 100 rentals, both houses and apartments, about 60-70% are section8/HUD voucher people.
It's disgusting how they treat places, they walk in with 7 babies from 6 different dudes, live like Vikings and trash the place until it's unfit for anyone to live in, we kick them out, then they move to the next house and do it all over again. Last house I kicked a bitch out of she was just tossing full diapers into the front yard, which was 4 foot tall grass. There were about 150 diapers in the yard hidden by the grass. She left behind an entire closet of unused diapers and formula, maybe $1000 worth of both that she was given by whatever service hands those out.
Or they rent with vouchers and don't even live there and let Detroit fucks come in and run drugs.
They brag about having 9 different streaming services, the best internet, full satellite TV, 5 cell phones, $1000 in food stamps, while they sit around and smoke weed/shoot up and do fucking nothing except mooch our tax dollars.

I'm not sure American blacks take 1st place for that award over non-American Asians. They are #superracist. But I'll agree the most racism I've experienced is from other blacks, and I'm a black American. And the tribalism mentioned by u/RedPillosopher1776 is true for certain areas, but suburban and country blacks don't have the same mentality like city blacks. Some folks were just raised better than others.

I dunno about other peoples experience but in eight years in the (american) military the only racism I ever saw any evidence of was black soldiers being racist assholes to everyone else, including other black soldiers. And you could always tell which ones were like that, because they were the ones that were buddies with the the guy that ran the ethics office (or whatever it was called, it's been years since I've been in, the offices that claims of racial discrimination goes to), whom himself was always a black dude (usually an obese broke-dick put there because he couldn't be used for anything else) and they'd always hang out with each other even during work hours.

Two bucks back then was like 20-30 dollars today, and needless to say Friday came, and went without repayment. Later I asked him about the money, and he became defensive. I just wrote him off as a cheap asshole. I realized I had been "played", and that he had used the race card to disarm me for his con-game. That was my first experience with a black. But yes, I like you found that the blacks after hours would cluster up get loud, drunk, and act like fools in one barracks or another until their host was told to take his friends, and leave so people could sleep. By themselves most were OK but once together they fed off each other and reverted to their own world of impressing each other with no common consideration for others.

The second part is true of course, but you have to be willfully blind to believe that first part. Just look at the intellectual achievements of the races across history, the writing, the science, the inventions, and compare the number by race. I can speak from experience dating black women. Black men have a much more difficult time seeing an interracial couple than old white folks do. I remember my parents would always tell us that we need to stick to our own race dating-wise. My mom, especially. They'd tell us that mixing races was basically turning your back on your own people. They're Latino and that's a pretty common view to have. I used to think it was awful, but now I understand it more than ever. My dad didn't really care (and even taught me a lot of life-lessons through watching A Bronx Tale [among other movies] growing up lol), but my mom kind of indirectly made it clear that she wouldn't be too happy if I brought home a girl that wasn't white. Which I always thought was kind of weird, because she/her family is Jewish, and it was a pretty big deal, especially for the women, that they absolutely had to marry Jewish... but my mom didn't, and married an Italian, my father. So I'd always thought she'd be more open to that, given her own experiences and life-choices. Ended up marrying a German (well, American of German ancestry) — kind of funny, really; and my mom (ironically?) loves her lol. She'd often claim she wasn't racist and I'd always laugh and be like "I mean, ya kind of are," but she's not really... she's kind of just more... a product of her era, I guess. Has no animosity towards anyone, doesn't dislike anyone for their race, was cool with all my friends (super diverse) growing up, etc., but there's little beliefs and notions she holds that are kind of borderline racist today (by even normal standards, not necessarily the crazy woke standards)

No, why would it be a problem? There are basically two groups as far as I see it. There are those that want to be treated fairly as a race, and those that actually hate black people. Hatred is not ok no matter what the reason. If whites or blacks want to self-segregate, I don't see an issue with that. People will come together naturally on their own. I think that a lot of those with hatred in their hearts aren't even focused on the actual race, just angry about the fact that white people are attacked and blacks are given very low standards. For example, if they met a Ben Carson, they would not act that way towards him. It's just the mentality that a lot of inner city blacks have which is not good for society. The people you talk about believe it is genetic and that's why they think blacks are irredeemable. In my estimation it is more spiritual. You can look at old photos of blacks back in the day that dressed and acted like the whites of their time, and it was because they respected our society and what it had built. (and they had morals)
None of this changes the fact that there is a lot of hatred in the black community towards whites at the moment. Purely anecdotal, but I am biracial (black and white) and grew up in an all white small town area in the midwest and things were fine until we moved to a city in Louisiana in high school. The black people there would stop and stare at us in the grocery store and talk openly and make fun of my family, and would refuse to sit by me on the school bus because I was half white. They would talk about me at school and at family reunions (YES, family reunions). Being mixed was worse to them than just being white. It was very eye-opening for me. I had never experienced such pure hatred simply for my race.

This was normal behavior towards creole blacks, some of whom had lighter skin than many white folks. I witnessed it hundreds of times growing up, and living in New Orleans. It was sad, but fascinating to witness.

When you said "the black guy," there was literally one black man within the four surrounding counties, so people knew who you meant. I grew up in a mostly white, but still relatively diverse area (school was probably slightly more white than the country's average, but was still a pretty close reflection, demographically, of the racial demographics of the country), and there was no racism whatsoever. It wasn't a thought in any of our minds, from kindergarten through graduation and beyond. We were friends with whoever we were friends with and got along. We were "colorblind," not in the sense that we literally didn't "see color" or understand what race each other were, but we were colorblind in that we didn't give 2 shits what/who we were, racially, and it had no bearing on our thoughts of each other. It mattered so little that we'd make "offensive" comments at each other... except back then, they weren't called "offensive statements," "hate speech," or "micro aggressions." They were just called "jokes" and we laughed at them, and remained friends, without anything changing (except maybe a growing appreciation for one's humor). Then the universities finally got their bastardized critical theory out of not just liberal arts programs and into the entire campus/every program, but out of the campuses entirely and into the general culture — all our institutions, the workplace, entertainment, news/media, internet, tech... fucking EVERYWHERE. Propaganda everywhere you look, whether it subtle or in your face, it's everywhere. Whether it's 100 commercials in a row with only interracial couples, "parenting" magazines that only show single mothers, or gay couples, overly and unrealistically "diverse" and woke shows/movies, to blatant discrimination (whites rejected from schools, black-only spaces, Twitter policy permissive of calls to action against white people but no other race, etc).

I honestly think it has to do with how modern medicine has changed the human need for high sperm counts and increased fertility amongst women. When you enable people that have fertility issues to successfully breed, they will pass on their fertility issues. It’s just how evolution and genetics work.

I'm not sure American blacks take 1st place for that award over non-American Asians. They are #superracist. But I'll agree the most racism I've experienced is from other blacks, and I'm a black American. And the tribalism mentioned by u/RedPillosopher1776 is true for certain areas, but suburban and country blacks don't have the same mentality like city blacks. I can speak from experience dating black women. Black men have a much more difficult time seeing an interracial couple than old white folks do. A black girl I used to date said one of her elderly black customers wouldn't even speak to her anymore after he saw me kiss her outside the store before her shift one day.

I can summarize the experiment - a group of third grade school children were introduced to the idea of judging people by the color of their eyes. The teacher, who had blue eyes, started forcing behaviors on the children based on the color of their eyes. After a few weeks of doing this, the children started forming groups based on the eye color and teasing the kids who were different. She created a prejudice out of practically thin air.

Stefan Molyneux developed a theory that black cultures, through evolution, typically lived closer to the equator. Climates were warmer and food was more readily available year round. Through evolution, black cultures did not have to work hard during a crop season, harvest, and store away food and delay satisfaction to make it through cold, tough winters. In contrast, white people had to delay instant gratification and delay satisfaction and learn how to save food and prepare for difficult times to come. So white people, through centuries of evolution, learned to save money, delay gratification, think ahead, prepare, and mitigate risks. Black people come from easier regions of the world where crops and food were plentiful year round and delayed gratification was not necessary. So through centuries of evolution black people became more impulsive and instinctive.
This is merely a theory how civilizations evolved differently around the world. But it may help explain how black people have a more difficult time delaying gratification, saving money, preparing for harder times, developing safeguards so they don't end up on welfare, planning ahead, etc.

It’s not wealth, it’s spiritual. Black people today are highly immoral. They used to be wealthier and more successful, even right after slavery ended, but that was when they respected whites and tried to emulate them through hard work.
I remember my parents would always tell us that we need to stick to our own race dating-wise. My mom, especially. They'd tell us that mixing races was basically turning your back on your own people. They're Latino and that's a pretty common view to have. I used to think it was awful, but now I understand it more than ever. It's not about race purity but about preserving the things that make us unique and not erasing the culture our ancestors created.
It's weird - I grew up to fully understand what she meant and she grew out of it. I have two sisters - one married and has kids with a white guy, and the other is dating an Asian guy. My mom absolutely loves them. I don't particularly mind, and I'm definitely attracted to white guys, but I'm happy to be dating someone who shared the same culture I grew up with.

My dad didn't really care (and even taught me a lot of life-lessons through watching A Bronx Tale [among other movies] growing up lol), but my mom kind of indirectly made it clear that she wouldn't be too happy if I brought home a girl that wasn't white. Which I always thought was kind of weird, because she/her family is Jewish, and it was a pretty big deal, especially for the women, that they absolutely had to marry Jewish... but my mom didn't, and married an Italian, my father. So I'd always thought she'd be more open to that, given her own experiences and life-choices. Ended up marrying a German (well, American of German ancestry) — kind of funny, really; and my mom (ironically?) loves her lol. She'd often claim she wasn't racist and I'd always laugh and be like "I mean, ya kind of are," but she's not really... she's kind of just more... a product of her era, I guess. Has no animosity towards anyone, doesn't dislike anyone for their race, was cool with all my friends (super diverse) growing up, etc., but there's little beliefs and notions she holds that are kind of borderline racist today (by even normal standards, not necessarily the crazy woke standards)

No, why would it be a problem? There are basically two groups as far as I see it. There are those that want to be treated fairly as a race, and those that actually hate black people. Hatred is not ok no matter what the reason. If whites or blacks want to self-segregate, I don't see an issue with that. People will come together naturally on their own. I think that a lot of those with hatred in their hearts aren't even focused on the actual race, just angry about the fact that white people are attacked and blacks are given very low standards. For example, if they met a Ben Carson, they would not act that way towards him. It's just the mentality that a lot of inner city blacks have which is not good for society. The people you talk about believe it is genetic and that's why they think blacks are irredeemable. In my estimation it is more spiritual. You can look at old photos of blacks back in the day that dressed and acted like the whites of their time, and it was because they respected our society and what it had built. (and they had morals)

Purely anecdotal, but I am biracial (black and white) and grew up in an all white small town area in the midwest and things were fine until we moved to a city in Louisiana in high school. The black people there would stop and stare at us in the grocery store and talk openly and make fun of my family, and would refuse to sit by me on the school bus because I was half white. They would talk about me at school and at family reunions (YES, family reunions). Being mixed was worse to them than just being white. It was very eye-opening for me. I had never experienced such pure hatred simply for my race.

It was particularly crazy to me because where I was from in the midwest, it was white people who most of them had never, ever been around non-whites. When you said "the black guy," there was literally one black man within the four surrounding counties, so people knew who you meant. And I think I heard the n-word once from a new kid at school one time. But the city in Louisiana was a city, full of all kinds of people and other big-city things, so I was really not prepared for that response. As an adult, I'm still amazed at how the whites from flyover country (that are all supposedly racist rednecks) accepted us but the brown people from the big city did not.

It had mostly died out by like, the early 2000s. I'm a late 80s baby, 90s kid, entering adulthood in the first decade of the 2000s, and racism was... not a thing. That was the problem, and they had to change it. So... here we are, in 2021, and now we're suddenly racist?
I grew up in a mostly white, but still relatively diverse area (school was probably slightly more white than the country's average, but was still a pretty close reflection, demographically, of the racial demographics of the country), and there was no racism whatsoever. It wasn't a thought in any of our minds, from kindergarten through graduation and beyond. We were friends with whoever we were friends with and got along. We were "colorblind," not in the sense that we literally didn't "see color" or understand what race each other were, but we were colorblind in that we didn't give 2 shits what/who we were, racially, and it had no bearing on our thoughts of each other. It mattered so little that we'd make "offensive" comments at each other... except back then, they weren't called "offensive statements," "hate speech," or "micro aggressions." They were just called "jokes" and we laughed at them, and remained friends, without anything changing (except maybe a growing appreciation for one's humor). Then the universities finally got their bastardized critical theory out of not just liberal arts programs and into the entire campus/every program, but out of the campuses entirely and into the general culture — all our institutions, the workplace, entertainment, news/media, internet, tech... fucking EVERYWHERE. Propaganda everywhere you look, whether it subtle or in your face, it's everywhere. Whether it's 100 commercials in a row with only interracial couples, "parenting" magazines that only show single mothers, or gay couples, overly and unrealistically "diverse" and woke shows/movies, to blatant discrimination (whites rejected from schools, black-only spaces, Twitter policy permissive of calls to action against white people but no other race, etc).
Essentially, my generation was raised and educated to not give a shit about race, and basically as I described earlier in this post. And it was working. I honestly think it has to do with how modern medicine has changed the human need for high sperm counts and increased fertility amongst women. When you enable people that have fertility issues to successfully breed, they will pass on their fertility issues. It’s just how evolution and genetics work.
